Fernanda Frangetto

Fernanda Frangetto (1976) is a Brazilian-born artist residing in Florida, specializing in sculpture, installation, painting, and drawing. She studied at the University Center of Fine Arts and pursued a specialization in sculpture at the Brazilian Museum of Sculpture in São Paulo.
Her artworks have been showcased in prominent art institutions in the US and Brazil, including NARS Foundation (New York), Marco Island Center for the Arts, Magnetic Pompano (Florida), United Nations House (Brasília), and the Brazilian Society of Japanese Culture (São Paulo).
Frangetto has crafted sculptures and trophies for the São Paulo Association of Art Critics, Brazil Fashion Miami, and, in 2017, was invited by the City of Doral - Government Center, Florida, to create sculptures honoring the national fight against cancer. These pieces were presented to the Doral Government Center, the Miami-Dade Commissioner’s Office, and the American Cancer Society.
She earned the prestigious Salão Bunkyo Award’s Golden Prize and received consecutive honors at Focus Brazil’s Visual Arts Press Award. Frangetto has also served as a speaker at numerous art events, and her works are part of collections such as the Consulate General of Brazil in Miami and Fundação Marcos Amaro’s.
